Delivery Charges

At Newbank we try to offer you a fast, reliable delivery service so you can receive the products as soon a humanly possible. We do not increase prices to cover delivery costs, we are an honest family business. Our delivery charges are as simple as we can make them to make your experience as easy as possible.

Christmas items – We aim to dispatch all Christmas trees, lights and decorations on the same working day if your order is received by 12pm. 

Easily postable items – such as gift vouchers, greeting cards, gift bags and seeds are delivered for only £2.95. It does not matter how many products you buy in this category, it will only be one delivery charge. UK MAINLAND ONLY.

Bulky Items – such as garden furniture, indoor furniture and bbqs are delivered for £19.99. We sometimes hold promotions for free shipping. Once an order has been processed you be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivered to ground floor only most garden furniture will be delivered in large boxes to protect them in shipping and due to the size on a pallet. These items are kerbside delivery only and we are unable to enter your house to go through or where access is difficult, so items will be left on a driveway please ensure someone is at the property when items are delivered. Most of these items arrive partial built and require 2 people to move them into your back garden. UK MAINLAND ONLY.

Non-bulky items and mixed boxes – We aim to dispatch within 24hrs of ordering so products should be received within 48hrs. (We cannot guarantee this). Delivered for only £4.95. UK MAINLAND ONLY.

All deliveries can be given special instructions to leave in a special place or with a neighbour. Please note you are giving our couriers permission to do this.
